上司作為上司, 總是會覺得部下有所不足的, 這不是很稀奇的事。關鍵是他有沒有吹毛求疵, 甚至不分是非黑白, 或屈下屬做錯事......
若是上司有錯, 可向工會反映; 但若出於自己的問題, 能自己反省和改善, 就等於自己袋錢落自己袋, 何樂而不為?而且不會衰給上司看, 不是比抱怨更好嗎?

He impolitely said to me. I have reported to union, the union said impolite said it cannot help.

I have reveled to senior, he don';t want to intervine.
