Agree with C-hing up stair, been audiophile for many years. One thing I learn is that HiFi is a system. If you able to match everything just right, it will sound great with what ever brand. If not, millions of dollar system will sound bad!
1. To start, first determine what type of equipment you wanted. Normal, high end or audiophile? 2. Then determine the type of music you listen to most. Classic, vocal, contempt (mix) or theatre as each type have their requirement.
3. Placement of the system. where to put it and the size of the room will help determine or limites the equipment selection.
Once you have 123 work out, then you can go shopping. as by now then you would have narrowed done the choices. But before you start looking at brand and price tags, just listen to it first. After all, it is audio ma!!! My 2 cents. |
