呢個係因為工作太忙,
而且小弟身體出咗問題,
冇辦法之下先拍唔耐.

咁同IT薪酬有咩關係呢?
(終於撐返番黎!)
若然回歸後薪酬可以保持到,
唔好話身體問題可以短時間解決,
同嗰位女仔應該結咗婚添.
雖則免必可以上火星拍婚紗,
但上珠峰拍應該冇問題!

其實在香港這個商業社會中，
好多行個薪酬走勢都系向下，
唔止我地IT。

如果IT好似做建築咁,
唔會一年半載,
俾set新tools, 新技術,
新methodologies過你用.
如果唔識, 會俾人串, 俾人炒;
OT有補水...
我減多啲都仲得!

實情係:
IT軟硬發展, 更新周期,
商業運用既種類,
加埋加埋可能係,
其他行業既總和!

做到咁都好似之前有位師兄咁講:
IT只係服務業既一種!

我相信係呢個原因,
冇乜人願做軟硬開發!

家陣放假對我黎講,
只係喺office, 定喺自己workshop做嘢既分別;
可以煲煙, 齋著住件底衫開工;
間唔中可以去後面張枱, 砌下模型,
又或者去另外一張枱度, 焊下嘢...

燈油火蠟都係自己出!

仲要晚晚做到好似巴士車身Iron Man廣告咁謝晒!

Labor is cheap in HK, so no point for system automation or process enhancement. Plus c++ is outdated unless you are doing hardware....which all the R&D has moved to China

I cannot agree that "labor is cheap in Hong Kong" especially when we are comparing with Mainland China, and not to mentioned India, Bangladash, and Nepal.

And I cannot agree with C++ is outdated neither.  I believe most of the modern operating systems are written in C++.

Hardware R&D has been rooted in China decades ago. For example, if you look at the Hei Long Jiang Province, you will find digital and analog hardware R&D there, including embedded R&D there.  She is one of the famous technological R&D bases in our country.

I don't think Hong Kong is that bad, take Morgan Stanley for example is better pay in Hong Kong than UK after Tax.

我估佢意思系香港能"借用"大陸LABOR, 所以冇乜URGE做AUTOMATION.
