I haven't being to Manila for awhile, but I think that place is still there, u can ask the taxi driver take you to "Firehouse", it's right across the street from a hotel called "Heritage", nice place over there, u should go check it out.  Also Manila have some really nice night clubs there, such as Air Force One and Pegasus(in Quazon City I guess), my friend took me there couple of times, have fun!
