be noted that they will treat you as short term water fish if they found you can't respond to their call or SMS at once, not long term investment value to you any more...

I dont understand what you mean.  I think it is now the case that a potential boat does not reply my SMS.

Anyway, I prefer to make it a trade rather than long-term relationship.  I give them what they need (reasonable amount of money) and I get what I want from them....

This really looked weir to ordinary people, but is quite practical when you need to make reference...
